The location and the very good prices for the services. And of course, the swimming pool and the view on the red sea and Israel...

The breakfast was tasty and filling, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was great, close to shops and other hotels. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.
The pool was closed during our visit, which was a major disappointment as we were looking forward to taking a swim. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff; excellent breakfast; room with a sea view even though not on the beach; wireless internet access; "authentic" atmosphere
Very small fenced-in swimming pool; surcharge for using Jacuzzi; no Israeli TV channels

The hotel is a real boutique one, cosy, very well designed and a good kitchen, unfortunately our room was overlooking the backyard of the neighbors and there is a lot of rubbish, however you can hardly blame the hotel for this. Can recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I was able to check in at 12 rather than wait until 4.
The pool area was very small and you had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi.

Hotel Staff are excellent. Hotel Breakfast is good for budget hotel and varied. Hotel rooms are small but clean. A balcony would be a plus. Bed is comfortable and clean. Hotel Reception and public areas are well maintained and clean.
Shame this well desgined and clean hotel has ill desinged bathroom with many problems. It is so small bathroom with small shower box that a 10 year old child would find it tight. there is also a drainge issue which causes a bad smell and shower switch failure. Air Condition failed but was fixed after calling reception.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our request for a twin room. The location was perfect, with easy access to tourist shops and other hotels.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the breakfast is very good.
The front office staff were not very helpful or knowledgeable about the tours to Wadi Rum. They sent us on a tour and dinner to their camp site area without showing us the sights of Wadi Rum. The dinner was good but we were disappointed to miss out on seeing the wadi itself.
